"Following the great success of the 4head Garden 2004 ("From Merlin to Medicine"), 4head were delighted to return to Chelsea to sponsor "The 4head Garden 2005"
Designed once again by gold medal winner Marney Hall, the 4head Garden struck a very different note for 2005, adopting as its theme the delicate balance and conflicts that exist between man's designs and nature's resilience. Set amongst neglected olive terraces, somewhere in the Mediterranean, The 4head Garden 2005 illustrated the enduring power of nature to break through man's best laid plans ... and horticultural designs
Featured on this website you will find details and illustrations of the gardens design and planting, a fascinating diary written by Marney Hall recounting events through Winter and Spring leading up to Chelsea, details of "4head" natural headache relief treatment, information on the fantastic water-for-life project work of "WaterAid" (the charity associated with the garden), a profile of the "Team" involved in making the garden, and related links to other websites (eg to BBC, RHS etc).
Also featured on this website, following its hugely popular and groundbreaking introduction last year, was a direct link to the 4head webcams, on site at Chelsea. We have taken the daily web cam footage, compressed it and produced a 30 second movie clip, all of which are available for viewing.
