At the end of the first world war, Colonel Gavin Jones and his wife bought a smallholding in Hertfordshire. Their horticultural hobby developed into a thriving business.

In the 20's and 30's Gavin Jones acquired a reputation for high quality landscaping and undertook many prestigious commissions around the home counties. The company continued to expand and in 1992 extended their operations by purchasing Squire's Landscape.

Today, Squire's Landscape continue to provide a high-quality service to the domestic marketplace and have gained many Gold Awards at both the Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. Marney Hall has worked with Squire's at the Hampton Court Flower Show where they have won Best in Show. Their selection as contractors for 'The 4head Garden' is an acknowledgement of the quality of their workmanship.

Kevin White will this year be leading the Squire's team in constructing this challenging Chelsea garden.
